Define & Align (TM)

What is Define & Align?

D&A is a system for anlayzing the unique configuration of Beliefs, Attitudes, Behaviors, Attributes and Knowledge required by a specific job. When you match a person who brings these unique talents to the job you are on your way to "predicting" superior performance.

With Define & Align you will identify people who are:
Energized - Low Maintenance - Focused

What Powers Define & Align?

A patented methodology drives the D&A process and identifies, prioritizes and calibrates performance criteria in terms of the most important core competencies required in a position.

Why Does the Process Work?

  • It is simple to execute
  • Collects the right data
  • Trancends personal biases
  • Performs over 100,000 calculations to identify, priorize and calibrate - performance criteria

Our Define & Align system fuels every area of our solutions. Whether coaching, selecting talent, teambuilding or mentoring our solutions stem from this simple, yet in-depth process.
