Gallery Furniture Mack McIngvale

We started Gallery Furniture in 1981 with $5000 and a dream. Business grew rapidly and in the 90s we started having personnel problems, growing pains if you will. So I read this book “I quit my forgot to tell you” that of course Terri is the author of. We got a hold of her, she started working with us on hiring the right people, doing personality profiling and we changed the business much for the better.  Employee motivation.

Hire Terri you’ll get better results in your business, you’ll have better employees. Most of all you’ll have happier employees, and happier employees mean happier customers which means more profits.

Happier employees sell more, they look forward to coming to work and they make the entire environment better for everybody.

Meet Charlotte Matityahu cofounder of Net Optics Inc. a Silicon Valley next-generation cloud provider that was recently sold for 190 million to Ixia a Nasdaq listed company.  Executive Coaching

Terri Kabacknick was introduced to Net Optics by Bob Shaw the president that they recruited to take the company to the next level.

Terri is very passionate about what she does and I think it helps that she’s a woman sometimes too because it’s not sort of boomed down from above down she sits eye to eye with you. She absolutely wants people to be embraced by what she provides and it’s easier for her to do her job if they don’t push back for too long.

Terri Kabacknick’s strategy was to conduct assessments on the entire organization and then create the slides for future recruiting.
